We manage every element of the planning process with care and intention — from sourcing and securing top-tier vendors to budget management, design development, and curating bespoke décor selections — ensuring every detail reflects your unique vision. Unlimited vendor meetings, creative direction, and full day-of event production are seamlessly included, allowing you to experience the joy of your celebration with effortless sophistication and none of the stress. This offering is ideal for couples or clients who have secured their venue and date but need expert support in shaping the aesthetic, building a trusted vendor team, and ensuring flawless day-of execution. Beginning 10–12 months before your event, we step in to guide the creative direction, review vendor proposals, recommend décor enhancements, and ensure all visual and logistical elements align beautifully.
